NMI PCI bus error, slot0 on a ML310

We have several servers who generates this error: Non-maskable Interrupt (NMI) prior to this boot, NMI source was PCI bus error, slot0

Is this a factory problem or a software problem?

We had the same problem couple of times. It's usually the system board that needs to be replaced. Call hp/Compaq.
