NMI error in DL380e G8 when LSI SAS-9211-8i [CTRL] C command issued
Building a FreeNAS system on the DL380e G8 server. Board being entry level has only b120i which I disabled. Installed an LSI SAS-9211-8i (IT mode) in Slot 1 and it works, providing access to all 12 of my LFF drives. However if I attempt to do a control-C to check the status... I get the RED SCREEN with NMI Error. I flashed this card from IR mode and updated the BIOS on it as well using flash from Broadcom's website. It's the P20 version.
It doesn't seem to affect operation, only the querry of configuration. Is this correctable?
I've turned off the on-board b120i device in BIOS.

Re: NMI error in DL380e G8 when LSI SAS-9211-8i [CTRL] C command issued
Hello Dave,
Please contact the vendor of installed card to check its compatibilty with Proliant DL380e Gen8 server.
The compatible Firmware/Driver should be tested and provided from this vendor.
Regards,
Shwetha
