I was able to duplicate the NMI error with a faulty NIC. Please try removing the NIC if you have any add on controllers.

I don't know if you're still experiencing this problem but it could be due to the BIOS PCI ERR# option. This checks any pci-devices and can (and did cause on my system) NMI-errors. You should be able to disable this PCI ERR# option in the biossettings.
