NMI memory parity error ?

I've got problem with my Proliant 6000 - when I install Windows NT 4.0 server with SP6 - every seems to be OK, but after that I install System management driver and server got BSOD with NMI: memory parity error etc.
I've tried change all modules, but server doesn't boot - every time I've got BSOD with NMI error. When I manually remove sysmgmt.sys , server boots well.

Any ideas ?

Re: NMI memory parity error ?

Please make sure you have the latest system bios and the firmware version of the Smart Array controller if you have any. And also update your Support Paq by visiting our download Section pertaining to your Server.
