NSSD coniguration

I'm trying to configure the NSSD software on the server. I have expanded the nssd_a.600 directory a have located it on the root of sys. When using nwconfig to install, I get an error saying that the "operation aborted because the sys:system\products.dat file could not be accessed". I can manually access a file of that name in that location just fine. Notepad opens it up to a bunch of machine language. I've tried installing it from the c.: through rconsole, from the server, from within the system directory...I'm stumped.... By the way thanks for responding so quickly to the last request. Rob
