NT 4.0 Server on ML350 G4 doesn't insatll

We need to install Windows NT 4.0 Server on a newly purchased ML350 G4 Xeon 3.0GHz

After booting from NT installation CDROM or Floppies (2nd floppy), install program suddenly reboots the server and there is no way to prevent that.

Tried:
Install W2000 server - OK
Disabling HT and other advanced options in BIOS - does not help
Install NT 4.0 client - reboots exactly the same way

Please give me some ideas or, better, the solution!

There might be ways to find nt4 drivers and get it booted. What kind of array controller are you using?

On board 6i controller
G4 support only 6th generation controllers
NT 4 is not supported by chipset in G4 servers
