NT Boot Failure

Hi, I have connected my 2 units of 9.1GB Ultra3 HDDs (RAID 1) to the integrated SMART Array controller and installed the EISA on the first partition on the 1st HDD. I then continued to install Win NT 4.0 Server for my OS and the server is running fine. The question I am asking is that if my first boot disk fails without me knowing, how can I startup my server again if the 2nd HDD is working fine. Please let me know urgently.
