NT Server Dual Boot second drive inaccessible.

I had successfully loaded 2 itterations of NT4 Server on separate partitions, C&D. After upgrading first partition to Service Pack 5, and the second to Service Pack 3, I am unable to access the second OS partition. This is partition 3 in the boot.ini file. I can still boot C:, but when changing to D:, error message "Boot Record Signature AA55 not found (0000 found). More text describes a disk problem.

This is an issue with NT itself. It's not a hardware issue. SP3 and 5 have different versions of NTFS in use so - are you using NTFS on those partitions?
