NTACMON.EXE

Can anyone tell me what ntacmon.exe is and why it is either being installed or why there is a register entries for it and the file is not being copied to the system?

It's part of the NIC drivers for the NC series NICs (like the one soldered to the board in this system). It should be copied to the system but, are you installing the NT 4.0 SSD on this system?
