NTDOS boot disk with network connectivity

Does anyone have, or know where I can find, procedures to create an NTDOS boot disk with network connectivity. I'll also be needing to add DOS drivers for the array controllers.
I'm involved in a DR project that requires me to image the servers to another server.
My primary OS is NT4.
