NVIDIA Quadro FX 5600 - ML370 G6

[A3 Communications]

Have a client that wants to use ML370 with NVIDIA Quadro FX 5600. I see part number 537721-B21 that will allow me to power the video card to the 170 Watts it requires.

Client wants to run Terminal Services under 2008 Server and accelerate graphics rendering for a CAD like application.

Will it work or are they crazy?

In according with latest Hp QuickSpecs NVIDIA QUADRO FX 5600 is not listed as graphic card supported on the ML370G6.

This card is supported on the following HP Personal Workstations: xw8600 and xw9400
