Need help on windows installation with external CD-ROM

I have a problem,

i want to install W2K3 enterprise[Customized], it's using DOS script.
At the beginning it will install devices driver through CONFIG.SYS,
i was add some kind of the USB controller driver and USB CD driver to CONFIG.SYS but it can't detect the drive.

I was try it on DL360G3 and BL480c, and the result is same.
But when i use W2K3 Enterprise[Not Customized], it's alright.

I am using DVD-RW Lite-On SOHW-1653SX USB external

If someone know what is my real problem or encounter the same problem with me please let me know.
And if you don't mind, i would like to know the steps of the resolve.

And now i want to try the smartstart scripting tool.
