Need help urgently

Hi there.

I have a proliant server 4500 and I cant seem to find a scasi cd rom for it, its not the odinary scasi cable but infact it seems to be the older version cable, can anyone assist me with information were I can purchase one. The server was donated to us to use in a community based project.

and by the way what software do I use on this unit.

Let me understand.
You are looking for a CD Drive for the unit?
Or is it the CD that has drives that you look for?
As for the cabling, you may be seeing 50 pin SCSI cable, I think that is "narrow" and not the Ultra 68pin cable. The older connection is not longer supported, but there are 50-to-68pin connectors to convert.
