Need protect files. Will Bitlocker work on Win Server 2008 std?

Hi

ML350 G5 MemberServer, 2x250 GB System + 2x750 GB data. I need to proteck files on the Data (SQL 2005 Express is there) mirror in case of stolen disks.

1. Is there any HP spesific products for that?
2. Since 2008 std supports MS bitlocker I prechecked it out. I'll get two warnings if I try to turn it on:

2.1 Please re-pertition your HD (BitLocker dive Preparation tool might help here)
2.2 Contact the manufactor for bitlocker compatible-BIOS.

Any ideas how to carry on from here?
