Need to install my server?

Hi there.
Really I don't know how to start, I need to re-install my server (Proliant ML350 G4) using windows 2003, the big problem it's the last IT personal lost all the installation CD, I don't have any copies...

Please if someone could help me... some recommendations... or how to start...
Maybe download raid utilities... then install the system... all messages are welcome...

Before the firmware update, then install the operating system.
