Need to reinstall NIC drivers on every reboot

I have Broadcom and Intel NIC cards and it doesn't matter which card I use.  The system (Windows Server 2012) starts with the NIC card disconnected and the only thing to get it connected is to reinstall drivers.  It also does not matter which version of drivers I use (old or new) and latest firmware is installed.  I have also uninstalled HP NCU under the cards just to be sure and same issue.  Any help is appreciated.  DL380 G5.

He hacks. He's up there, he's definitely going to hit. Where's his comfort zone? A thrown baseball. He welcomes that challenge.

There is no NCU for 2012.

Perhaps you are using the wrong drivers or forced NCU in?
