Netlogon 5709 Events after update the Nic-Drivers

Hi all
I have updated a lot of our hp dl380 g5 servers with the HP NC-Series Broadcom 1Gb Multifunction Driver for Windows Server 2003 x64 Editions (cp010993.exe) and the HP Network Configuration Utility (cp010847.exe).

After reboot all servers have the netlogon 5709 event.

Restoring of older drivers works only with the servers without network teaming.

Also no luck after broken the teaming and deleting the Network-Configuration-Tool and re-install the old drivers.

Anyone can help please?
