Netware installed with Smart Start 6.10

I have a Proliant ML370 that I set up with Smart Start 6.10, last april we lost the DOS Partiton due to an issue in the smart Start version. I recreated the Partition and reload DOS, now the problem has returned. Is there anyway to recreate the DOS partion without wiping out the Netware partition and the data? that will prevent this issue from returning again?

Are you sure you mean SS 6.10. Starting with SS6, the maintenance partition was eliminated. If your ML370 is G2 or later, it supports this, and doesn't need that partition (the majority of the reason for it was to hold the EISA config utility). ML370G2 should have ROM-Based Setup Utility (RBSU) accessible by [F9] during POST.

There is a Novell TID # 10085223 that explains what happened. It wasn't the EISA configuration partition thats missing, It is actually the DOS partition that holds the NWSERVER folder.
