Network Boot Disk With More Than 4GB RAM

Hello all,

Trying to use bart's network bootdisk on dl380g3 and bl20 and bl40p's with 4gb or more of physical memory gives errors about not being able to load xms memory manager.

Does anyone have a solution or even another source of a *NETWORK* bootdisk that is known to work with systems housing more than 4gb of ram installed.

I have been investigating this for the past couple days with very little luck. Maybe Im just blind...or maybe Im just having bad luck. Regardless Im deperate for some assistance.

Thank you kindly.

Re: Network Boot Disk With More Than 4GB RAM

Hello all,

I had to post back to say I found a solution. I ended up coming across this thread http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=754117

still dont understand why I didnt see that earlier when I searched.

Regardless I actually like this one more then bart's atleast for my purpose. much more direct and quicker.

give it a try if your in need of a disk that can support more then 2gb.
