Network Card Teaming

Hi

Finally getting somewhere with my network card problems, tidied up the system and stopped the IRQ conflict errors but still left with the Team problem.

Currently have the two cards with separate IP addresses and when I run the teaming it asks for a third. When I've done this I'm left with the Team as one IP address and the two network cards with their own IP addresses. Each one is listed in TCP/IP config.

This is driving me nuts. How do I create a team with a single IP address for the two cards. I know it can be done because I've seen listed in the TCP/IP just the team setup and not the separate cards. Where am I going wrong?

Thanks
