Network Problem - Proliant 800 - win 2003

Hi,
I currently have a proliant 800 with windows 2003 running as a file server, but I am having issues with it crashing when I am transfering data over the network.

I know when I installed windows 2003 I had to manually install the driver for the onboard network, but I am not sure how I resolve this issue.
