Network Teaming Problems

We have installed some servers with two NCmaking a network teaming configured as Fault Tolerance, each NNCs connected to didiffer netsddiscoCatalys switches.

I received in the Windows 2000 Event viewer the followings messages :

Message 1 :

TEAM 0 PROBLEM: A Standby NNCs not receiving. ACTION: Please check your cabling or switch port status, or run didiagnostic test card. Also make sure all teamed NC NC on the same network.

Message 2 :

TEAM 0 Standby NC rNCive status has been restored.

And servers lose connections.
