Is the Network card on the server is Offline?
Other PC's connected to the same switch are working fine, is this correct?
If so, what is the LED status on the ports of the Network card in the server? Do you see any lights on the ports?
Have you replaced the cable with a good working cable for testing? Have you connected to another port on the switch for testing?
What is the exact Model number of the server & the Network card in the server?
Are the Driver & the firmware versions up to date?
Please verify all the above & provide an update.
