I am sorry, I work with Hyper-V. Not a lot of knowledge about VMware.

You could try to see if you manually set an static IP within your network range if you can ping it.

Check if your network connection are disabled. (Within Windows you can choose to enable or disable network adapters.)

Lol, the issue is with ethernet cable, it was cat 5 cable witch is not supporting the gig bit nic cards on the server....changed the cable working fine now.. thank you bro.
