Network link at 100Mb Ethernet problem (through Bay350T)

We have encountered the problem while connect ML570 Server to the network through Bay 350T switch. Pre-installed network card NC3123 Fast Ethernet NIC is not working on 100Mb (link down every 1-2 sec), though on 10Mb is OK.
We've changed network card, changed slot, but the same result.
Please, help. Thanks for any responses.

Are you using true CAT-5 cabling (full duplex rated, there is a difference)? We don't seem to have any particular issues with the 350T, but there are plenty of other possible issues. Have you tried forcing the port on that switch to 100 Base-T?
