Hi all,
I have recently purchased 2 4Tb Dell sas drives, when plugging them into the server the raid controller detects them but shows them as having 0Gbs. I currently have 3x 600gb 15k sas drives is there that came with the server which works fine.
Not sure how to fix this issue or if it is even fixable in the first place so I'm just reaching out.

SolutionHello,
Good day !!!!
As per this server specification, 4TB hard disk not supported by this server.
Please follow the below link for more clarification
HP ProLiant ML330 Generation 6 (G6) ( Page no-19-20)
https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/getdocument.aspx?docname=c04282696
HP ProLiant ML330 G6 Server - Option Parts

I would request you purchase only HPE supported part for the HPE server for better performance of the server.
Please let me know for further assistance.
