We purchased 2:
MFG #343055-B21
Once we installed the RAM, the OEM RAM is no longer recognized by the server.
Has anyone else had this issue?
It orginally came with only 1 512MB stick of RAM.

Solution
The following comes from the memory upgrade section of the quickspecs (http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12199_na/12199_na.html):
"The HP ProLiant ML350 G4p requires interleaved memory configurations when more than one DIMM is installed. Non-array models of the ML350 G4p ship standard with a single DIMM. Note that when upgrading system memory, DIMMs must be configured in identical pairs."
So once you add another 512 MB dimm in the server it should be able to see the original, plus the additional memory.

The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
