New ML 110 G10 with constant fanspeed at 43%

hi everyone.

just got my new ML 110 G10 setup.

the fans run at pretty high speed... constant 2x 34% and 2x 43% never changing.

the thermal configuration is set at "Optimal Cooling" "minimum fanspeed 0%"

looking at the sensor page. only 1 stands "abit" out "14-BMC" is at 59C.

is there anything i can do do "fix" this, the server is running iddle at this point.

Cheers

Tommi

Hii buddy. I really find this question very intersting because most of the users didn't notice these details. So i really admire the knowledge you have and are here to share with us.

please tell me one thing that did you found any issue with performnace or something like heat ??? because some fans have minimum RPM defined by system so they run at constant speed. So that's why please notice and infrom me.

i think there's nothing to worry about this.

Re: New ML 110 G10 with constant fanspeed at 43%

hi avinfotech

i have no  performance problems, at this point.
server have ben running at low workload for 90% of the time with a few spikes.
all without problems, just think it is strange that the system thinks 43% fanspeed is nessery for a server doing nothing.

cheers
