New ML110 Gen9. I have trouble.
Hello,
I bought a new ML110 gen9 server one week ago. I didn't install anything extra, no any PCI card and just 8GB ram. There is no CPU load as well. Installed Proxmox and 1 plain VM.
The machine makes terrible noise which is hard to stand in a home environment. Just checked the box closely. The noise is coming from the PSU fan. It is pushing a lot of air by making much noise. The PSU is a 350W Chicony. I also checked the BIOS setting for fan speed and verified that "Optimal" is selected. Room temp is around 18degC.
What is wrong? What should I do to reduce noise level? I would appreciate any help.
