New Media Error Found on Primary Slave
I have an ML330 G3 with 4 ATA 100 raid drives (drives 2&4=drive C and drives 1&3=drive E) running Windows 2003 Enterprise. Yesterday I noticed that the MEGAMON monitor turned yellow and gave the error message "New Media Error Found on Primary Slave." I can't find anything to diagnose what is going on. I'm not sure which drive it is referring to. HP Insight Manager doesn't see the problem, only MegaIDE Raidmon sees anything at all. Any help will REALLY be appreciated.

Re: New Media Error Found on Primary Slave
I found the answer! There is no actual problem with the disk drives. This is a known problem with the driver and a patch is available.
