New ProLiant DL 140

Hi, I have a brand new ProLiant DL 140 sitting in my rack doing nothing. I need assistance with how to configure the RAID array and install the OS. Is there a Smart Start CD I can use for this particular server. If not, can I use a bootable Windows 2003 Server Standard CD? Do I need to specify additional mass storage device drivers and how do I do that? There is no floopy drive available in that server (only CD ROM)
