New proliant DL180 G6 RAID 1 question

Just got a new DL 180 with two hard drives, booted into the BIOS and was going to set it to RAID 1 when I noticed there was no RAID 1 option.  The only options I have are RAID 0, and RAID 1+0.  I know RAID 1+0 is mirroring and striping, I'm assuming that RAID 1 is no longer an option on these newer servers?  Just wanted to check real quick.

If you only have two drives it's the same as a RAID1.
You don't usually see RAID1 on the smart arrays anymore.
