Newbe Looking to set up Proliant 3000 with Windows 2003

I have a an older Proliant 3000 (500mhz or 550mhz I believe) and I am looking for information about installing Windows Server 2003. I have used the Smartstart disc to erase everything that was on the machine, and I want to install off of a bootable Windows Disc. 2003 was already installed on the machine and we tested to make sure that the computer recognized the CDR before we erased everything. Well, I said I was a newbe and I wasn't lying. Turns out that the CD we were attempting to boot off of is not bootable (doh). We are in the search of an ISO image to make a bootable CD. If you guys have any helpful hints or advice I would be very open to hearing it.

Also I belive there is a batch file that you can run to create something like four disks (like in win2k). nu2.nu helped me build a rescue and boot CD's for windows. I now use linux. So I dont know much about 2k3 disk structure but im sure its on there due to the disk becomming unbootable after slipstream of service pack.
