Newbie with driver issues ml350p g8 sbs 2011

Hi all,

 

Server is running but I have 20 'base system device' and 2 'system interrupt controller' showing under 'Other Devices' in Device Manager.  I have run hpsum several times and am no clearer.  A search showed up an Intel Apic driver on a driver site but I'd rather not go that route.
