Nic Teaming

I have 2 NC3131 Nicks in my machine. They are configured for Smart Switch. When primary fails and secondary takes over, I can't get it to switch back to primary after primary problem has been corrected. What is the process for getting the primary nick back on-line?

I'm sorry, i don't have an answer. But, i've been intrigued by the concept of NIC teaming, and was wondering where i could find information about doing it to my ML570.
