Nic teaming on Proliant DL360

I have Proliant DL360 and have 2 nics NC7782 Gigabit Server Adapters and both are teamed. The problem is that one link shows the speed of 100mbps while the other shows the speed of 1000mbps. The settings on both the nics is Auto/Auto. I would like the speed of both the nics to be 1000mbps because the link with 100mbps is active while the other one is not.
How do I do it? By the way, I am running Windows Server 2003.

Thank you

Hi Nikunj, probably a bad cable, try to swap cables and see if the "problem" passes to the other NIC.
Change the cable with a cat 6 well-made

Re: Nic teaming on Proliant DL360

Thanks for the reply.
I have tried changing cables, changing ports on the switch and also disabling and enabling the connection but no luck.
Any other suggestions?

Thank you.

Re: Nic teaming on Proliant DL360

Yeah, you should upgrade driver and firmware in that order:

latest PSP installation
boot with Latest Firmware Update DVD and upgrade at least NICs fw.

to know which PSP and FW DVD versions are supported for your HW, use Hp.com->support and downloads->search for your server model.
