No Buffer = ####

I'm receiving errors in the event log on a DL 380 G5 stating that large amounts of packets are being lost. I checked the on-board NIC and I've received over 12,000 errors under No Buffer. Everything else shows 0 errors (such as CRC, etc). What is No Buffer and what can cause this condition? All I get when I google No Buffer are conditions concerning other buffering issues but not this particular issue.
