No Disks for HP ProLiant ML110 G5

I have to reload a HP ProLiant ML110 G5 but the end user has lost the disks, is there anywhere I can download/buy the DVD's to reload Windows SBS Std 2008 1-4CPU 5-CAL?

My understanding is that you cannot download these DVDs but can be purchaed from a HP Reseller.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the purchased media/part includes a COA?

Is there an option to purchase without COA?
