No Link on 82571EB Gigabit Ethenet Controller
Hi,
my 82571EB Ethernet Nic has two ports. But just the first interface has a link! BIOS and Xenserver shows both NICs, so it seems to work...
"Has Link" means, the LEDs are blinking. When doing a cross check (with the working cable), still no LED blinking.
The card did work at a HP DL 380 G5, now its in a DL 380 G6.
Port A is working fine. Link (LED) up and running...
Any idea what to do to active the second Port?
Bios settings seems to be normal..
Thanks for reading.
Regards,
Matthias

Re: No Link on 82571EB Gigabit Ethenet Controller
Forget about it, sorry...
Just had to wait about 2 hours - no idea why.
Now it works.
Normally I am used that plugin in a cable works immediatly.
