I upgraded my ML350 G5 from Server 2008 x64 Standard to R2 and now there is no audio device driver installed.
Does anyone know where to get the driver for the built in sound chip? I expect it would be the same as the one for Server 2008 x64 Standard before the R2 version.

ML350 G5 doesn't have any sound card. (http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12475_na/12475_na.HTML). Did you put a separate sound card?

Re: No ML350 G5 sound driver after upgrade to Server 2008R2?
I put it in so long ago I forgot it was an extra and not on the motherboard. Now that I took the time to open the case I see its an old soundblaster.
The Win 7 drivers from Creative work fine for it.
Thanks for making me look inside.
