No NICs shown in HP Network Configuration Utility
I have just finished setting up a new HP ProLiant DL380 G5 server with Windows Server 2008 with SP2. I have installed the latest HP multifunction broadcom network driver and the latest HP network configuration utility. However, whenever I launch the utility, it doesn't show either NIC listed. How can I fix this so I can team the NICs?

Re: No NICs shown in HP Network Configuration Utility
Do you have Symantec End Point Protection installed? Can you send a picture of the device manager under Network devices and showing the hidden devices??

Re: No NICs shown in HP Network Configuration Utility
The Network Configuration Utility 9.xx does not recognize NICs when Symantec End Point with Firewall option is installed in Windows 2008 32/64bit.
So, you need to uninstall Firewall component of SEP and ran NCU again, so NCU can detect both NICs. Same issue with another NIC versions.
NCU works well if Symantec End Point protection is installed without Firewall option.
