No OS found error after rebooting server
Hi All,
I've taken ownership of a Proliant DL160e server. On the storage administrator, I've got 3 arrays, each with 1 logical/physical disk each (the server has 3 SAS disks).
When I installed windows, I created a partition of 60gb for the OS. This worked fine and the server rebooted after the installed and went into Windows.
The boot order was C:\ first and the storage controller was selected.
However, after rebooting the server, I get an error saying no OS can be found? How can I fix this?
Thanks

Re: No OS found error after rebooting server
Hi,
As per my understanding there is no server model called DL160e.
I had similar problem on one of my 100 series server and later came to know that, we need to install Storage Controller driver during Windows installation.
Recommend you to check the server model, controller model and Windows version.
Thank You!
I am a HP employee.
I work for HPE.

Hmm, it appears to be listed in only one place, in the Revision History tab:
