No POST, No Video

Hello,

Since relocating one of our 3000Rs, the server will not POST, and displays no video. The hard drives do no spin up, and the LED on the front of the CD drive blinks on and off continually. There are no status messages on the LED display other than the standard firmware revision message.

I have reseated all cards and DIMMs, unhooked and reconnected all drive cables, etc, and have reset the NVRAM. Nothing has worked. I'm really confused, as the box was treated the utmost care during the move.

Any ideas?

The server is working again. The CPU riser board was firmly seated in its slot on the mainboard, but the CPU itself was slightly loose in its socket in the riser. Live and learn....
