No POST No Video

System powers on but won't boot. Power supplies and fans start. No video, no POST, no messages on the LCD. No beeps. What to do? System is under warranty (to 12/6/2002). Thanks!

Check to make sure no Interlock LEDs are present on the cover - if any are yellow it will tell you where the error is.

If you have a RIB - make sure it is slots 7,8 or 9. Make sure the video connector is plugged into the rib.

If there are any Non-Compaq PCI Cards or memory - try to remove those. If that doesn't work pull ALL PCI cards.

Does the LCD screen change at all? Or does it just say LCD Firmware 1. whatever it is?
