No Video,keyboard, or ILO
Hello, we had a power outage today and when I powered up our DL 380 G4 it came on, the drives started spinnig up without any orange lights the nics and ilo ports are green and blinking but I am unable to ping the server, I have no video, I cannot use the num lock key or the caps lock key, I have no ILO access. No one was in the building to shut the server down properly so it went down after running out of UPS power. There is no lights that I can tell that are showing me errors if you were just looking at the server you would think it was functioning properly. I am at a loss at what to try next. We are checking on warranty info but is there anything else I can try?
Thanks in advance
Tim

Re: No Video,keyboard, or ILO
Hi Tim,
Try the following and check:
1. Open the Box locate the System Maintenance switch, Turn On the "S6" switch, start the server. Turn off the Server toggle the "S6" switch back to off position and restart and check.
2. Remove the memory and check if you get the beeps. If no beeps then some issue with the systemboard.
3. If Memory Beeps exists, Reseat the CPU and other components and check.
Still issue exists contact HP Support.
Regards,
Raj.
