No full duplex on NC3120/3 into Cisco 3548 switch

'Nailing' either the nc3120 or nc3123 card in our ML530 does not enable it to work at full duplex (at 100 Mbps) into our Cisco Catalyst 3548 switch. Other computers are able to work at full duplex into the same switch.
Is there anyone out there with experience of this problem?

We have a similar problem with a 3123 and a Catalyst 2900.

Ended up popping a 3-Com in the server and removed the Compaq card

Try latest drivers from Compaq or declare "port fast" that port on Cisco switch (disable spanning-tree on that port ONLY).
The same for Catalyst 29xx.
