No more sensor information within ILO (HP ProLiant DL180)

Good morning,

I've a problem with the ILO of my HP ProLiant DL180. After I've updated the ILO firmware from version 3.02 to 3.20 I can't see any sensor information (temperature, fans, etc).

The only information at menu "monitoring sensors" is sensor type "sys. acpi pwr state" and "module/board".

I did:

* reset of ILO

* reboot the machine

* reinstall fw-image

* tried to downgrade to firmware 3.11 (but load command says it can't download the file and I should check it - but I'm quite sure I get the right file from the download center)

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

First, this system doesn't use iLO -- it's a Lights Out 100 system.  What generation is this system?  G5 or G6?  Also, did you upgrade your BIOS at the same time you updated your LO100 firmware?  At times there are dependencies between the two.
