No power

I just bought a 2500 dual Pentium Pro 200 when I hit the power button nothing happens. It has been about 3 1/2 years since I worked on a Compaq system. Any suggestions what it may be? I am assuming the Power supply is bad. I do hear a relay click from time to time when I turn the power on. I was also thinking the Power supply fan may be bad. Any help would be appreciated.

1) are you getting any light activity on the system at all? check system board as well..
2) are your fans spinning?
if not any of the above I would replace the switch assembly first...if the fans are spinning but no boot then system board..if the fans arent spinning but basic lights on somewhere on the system then power supply
