No system information on DL140 device home page

I have an inherited DL140 that has a red light on the front panel. I opened the system management home page to determine why the light is on but it says no failed or degraded items. I thing I need to upgrade the system agents but I do not know how. I don't have any of the original system documentation or CDs. The system is running windows 2003 enterprise. How do I tell what the light is and get the system management software to recognize it?

Hi Brian,

There are a number of different variants of the DL140... Do you know which generation yours is ?

Cheers,

I don't know. Will the serial number or model number tell me?

Serial # M004MF624T
Part ID# 350534_B21.

The systems management home page says System Model unknown.

OK. I guess I'll have to try and catch it in the bios during boot up then. Thanks.
