Noise from Fan W2k.

I have this same issue. What I have done.

* Hardware flashed to latest - Success
* Tested with Smartstart 7.7 and 7.8. Still fan noise. PSP is definately installed.
* Services now running from HP:
[Running] HP Insight NIC Agents
[Running] HP ProLiant Remote Monitor Service
[Running] HP Version Control Agent
[Running] HP Insight Foundation Agents
[Running] HP Insight Server Agents
[Running] HP Insight Storage Agents
[Running] HP ProLiant System Shutdown Service
[Running] HP System Management Homepage

* Reseated fans and voltage regulators.
* No event warnings or errors

Machine runs great just want to hear the RPM sweet slow down when agents load.

No matter what I do the RPM of the fans stays consistantly high. No ups and no downs.

What am I missing?
